2026년 개관을 준비하고 있는 성북동 미술관(가칭)은 동시대 미술의 연구와 매개를 위한 다양한 전시와 프로그램을 선보일 것입니다. 미술관은 동시대 한국미술의 확산을 주도하고 국제적 수준의 프로그램들을 선보임과 동시에 뛰어난 조경과 풍부한 녹지공간까지 갖춘 자연환경을 제공함으로써 문화와 자연, 체험과 휴식이 공존하는 새로운 개념의 문화공간으로 운영될 예정입니다. 성북동 역사문화지구의 중심으로 자리 잡으며 서울뿐만 아니라 우리나라를 대표하는 컬처마크로서 그 역할을 충실히 수행하게 될 것입니다.  

Seongbukdong Museum of Art, currently preparing for its inauguration in 2026, will hold various exhibitions and programs for the research and mediation of contemporary art, in pursuit of Line Cultural Foundation’s quest for values in culturally-rich life. The museum will demonstrate a new concept of a cultural space encompassing both culture and nature, as well as experience and rest, by not only disseminating Contemporary Korean art and presenting world-class programs, but also by providing a natural environment with excellent landscaping and abundant green space. Located in the center of Seongbuk-dong Historical and Cultural District, the museum will faithfully play its role as a cultural hub representing Seoul and Korea.
